Yes — we offer both. Choose flat-rate pricing for a guaranteed total with no surprises, or hourly rates for smaller moves and flexible jobs. We’ll recommend the best option based on your needs.

How far in advance should I book my move?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during weekends and peak moving seasons. However, we also accommodate last-minute moves.

Do you move items like pianos, safes, or large furniture?

Are my belongings insured during the move?

By default as required by Department of Transportation, your belongings will be covered with free BASIC coverage of $0.60 cents per pound per article (item). However, you ARE able to additionally insure your items, by going through a 3rd party insurance company, and choosing the level of liability & deductible levels.

Do I have to pay a deposit? What is the purpose of a deposit?

To schedule your moving date and reserve a crew we require a $50 deposit (online payment form), which goes towards the total of your moving cost.

Do I tip my movers?

While tipping is completely up to clients discretion, if you are fully satisfied with your moving crew performances, we recommend tipping in the amount of 10-20% of a move total.

A tip is not included in your moving quote.
